The Waits Residence sits on one of the premier lots at WindMark Beach Phase 1. Lot 34 rests at the end of the cul-de-sac of Zepher Way, completely surrounded by conservation land with some of the best views of the gulf. We argued successfully with the Design Review Board to allow a change in Lot Type, so the house could sit higher than initially allowed. The Design takes advantage of both views from and views toward this unique structure. The "lighthouse" tower element makes a recognizable landmark both from the gulf and land.
