WindMark Beach model home

Designed to fit on the smallest of lots at WindMark Beach, taking superior advantage of views and the natural landscape, this model home is being built by Gary Ulrich Construction, Inc. of Apalachicola, Florida. We wanted an economical design representing the best of "Modern Cracker".  The plan has three bedrooms, three private baths, and a powder room.

We've worked out the kitchen area in several distinct plans depending on one's personal taste.  I love the long wall version with a long "eat-on" preparation table.   Because the kitchen extends around the corner, the entire kitchen can be more secluded or open to the living rooms.  Columns help define the eating area, but it too can be used in an "open" plan way.  The kitchen has a walk-in storage closet pantry which doubles as an "owner's closet".
